The specified ruler (which is amazing by the way, totally worth it!), comes with great instructions in my opinion, with diagrams for each step, which is nice! Sometimes if I'm working with a pattern that's tripping me up, I'll take notes on a separate sheet of paper, that way as I continue to read through it, I don't get lost! Best of luck! :) Jeni Bakerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14766510979539197035noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2868583750761494400.post-30028023462537836832016-11-22T05:42:33.567-05:002016-11-22T05:42:33.567-05:00OK, Jeni, you are clearly the queen of makes for t...OK, Jeni, you are clearly the queen of makes for this quilt - 3, wow! And here I am just trying to make my first, after stashing away a full line of Mary Englebreit for this thing back in 2007. But here's the thing: I'm finding the pattern instructions fairly unclear and wonder if, after 3 makes, you have any sage advice. Like, is this a case of "don't overthink it"? Many thanks and Happy Thanksgiving to you and George!!Bettyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17295378033676146483noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2868583750761494400.post-51643277969667684322016-01-27T14:57:14.783-05:002016-01-27T14:57:14.783-05:00It's from Lush by Erin Michaels! It's from Lush by Erin Michaels!Jeni Bakerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14766510979539197035noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2868583750761494400.post-10006973266129692012016-01-27T12:48:54.336-05:002016-01-27T12:48:54.336-05:00Jeni, what a great quilt for your Dad--and that is...Jeni, what a great quilt for your Dad--and that is a wonderful pattern!
