This post is part of the Sparkle Quilt Along. For more information see here.

Welcome to the sixth week of the Sparkle Quilt Along, hosted by Megan of Canoe Ridge Creations and myself! Head on over to Megan's blog today for Week Six: Finishing Up!

I finished up my mini quilt this morning! I quilted it with simple free-motion doodle loops! Full reveal next week!

Don't forget to add your photos to the Sparkle Quilt Along Flickr Group! Next week we'll have a Linky Party so you all can show off your finished quilts!

Happy Sewing!

  2. I love your FMQ doodle loops! I've just finished a quilt top and I'm agonizing over how to quilt it. Have you been doing free motion quilting for long? Do you mark your doodle loops, or just "wing it"? Any tips or suggestions?

  3. I love your Free Motion doodle loops!
I am new to FMQ and I think I will have to do several practice runs before I try on the quilt top...well I still have a long way to go since I just finished putting only one block together. ;)
