Color Me Retro Video + Inspiration
Tuesday, February 5, 2013
It's finally time! Color Me Retro is shipping to your favorite stores this week! You should see it popping up later this week and beginning of next! I'll be sure to alert you when it does, don't worry! I'm keeping a running list of shops that will carry it on the "Fabric" page!
The wonderful folks at Art Gallery Fabrics shot this video for Color Me Retro! I just love it, and I hope it inspires you! You'll recognize many projects from my Quilt Market booth, and a few new ones too! I'll be sharing more about the projects (many with tutorials!) this month!
I'm also happy to share with you the free quilt pattern for Color Me Retro, Vinette! You can find it here on the Art Gallery website! Okay, enough chat, how about more eye-candy! Thank you to Art Gallery for these beautiful shots!
See even more beautiful photos and inspiration on the Art Gallery Fabrics Blog and the Color Me Retro Page!

That print dress with the red sash in the very top photo is totally bananas. It's incredible! I want one, but know I'd be better off saving yardage of that print for a quilt back (because I might wreck a dress!) Gorgeous photos!

ReplyDeleteLove it! My mom had a set of those aqua bowls with spouts. I was sooo sad when the last one broke. I've been trying to find replacements for my own kitchen because I loved them so much!
ReplyDeleteIt's SOOOO pretty! That dress, ohmygosh! I think what I like best about it is that it is quite different from a lot of stuff that's out there already and when I look at it I just see so many possibilities it's almost overwhelming. Anyway, I will be looking forward to gettting my hands on some of that soon. Best wishes!!

ReplyDeleteAccording to How to Clean Stuff website, in the article, How to Wash Silk, when caring for silk on a routine basis, avoid ironing if possible, but if you must iron silk, always use a pressing cloth. Thanks a lot.
