I have been on the lookout for a metal bobbin since seeing this necklace on pinterest. I am happy to report I found one for $.10 thrifting this weekend! Yummy Park Slope yardage came today, splitting it with a friend :)
Found some time to work on my Folksy Flannels quilt yesterday! I'm making a plus quilt! Megan had mentioned something about using my Plus Quilt Tutorial for her FF stash and I could not get the idea out of my head! So I must admit to being a total copy cat! ;)
Pulled a stack of jewel tones for Megan's month for Bee Hexed In!
George bunny was all stretched out today!
Thanks for all the well-wishes about Sewing Summit! I can't wait! Also, tomorrow's Art of Choosing post probably won't be up until the evening! I have been stuck in bed all day with a sinus migraine!
Today I love the..
Smell of: Fresh air
Sound of: Arrested Development
Taste of: Strawberry smoothie
Sight of: George
Feel of: Cool pillows
Good Things about Today:
- Got a project in the mail on time!
- The kitchen is still clean.
- Took a relaxing bath!
- Working on a cute embroidery project!
