
Hello! This Spring marks seven years since I first started this blog! March is also my birthday month, so I thought it was a good excuse to hold a giveaway!

My original plan was to attend the big quilt show in Lancaster on Sat - but had to change them due to a bridal shower - while it'll still be a nice day am sad to be missing quilting therapy with my sewing peeps! A meal with my sons is all I need for a perfect birthday. Sometimes my older son cooks and sometimes we eat pizza but usually we have a piece of authentic Black Forest Cake from the Swiss Pastry Shop in Fort Worth, Texas. YUM!

Congratulations on reaching a great milestone! Celebrations for me are either with my hubby out for dinner or spent with close family. I'm not a great one for big parties. Good luck on the next seven years!

ReplyDeleteI'm also a March birthday and I like to celebrate by walking with family out in the fresh air....and maybe a trip to a quilt shop on the way home.
ReplyDeleteI think the best way to celebrate is to have good friends and family gathered around and go out for a nice meal with them. No cooking or cleaning! I hope you can enjoy your day the same way!
