Thrifting, originally uploaded by jenib320.
Did a bit of thrifting to kick off Spring Break this morning. Came away with some Swiss Chalet plates, a vintage sheet and a pillowcase. Not bad for $5 :) I love the Swiss Chalet pattern and was so excited to pick up some more pieces. I'd love to build up a good collection of it! I'm taking home all the vintage sheets I've found to soak them in Oxyclean and give them a good washing this weekend. I am excited to eventually cut into them. I may actually use a few, they're so soft.

Finished my last block for the 3x6 Mini Bee! I wanted to finish up the last one before I go home for break. I'm already bringing home too much fabric, and I really didn't want to have to bring home fabric for the bee blocks. I'm excited to receive the rest of my blocks! :) I'll definitely be participating in the second quarter. If you'd like to get involved, it's been really fun so far! It's split into quarters, so it's not a big commitment.

Today I love the..
Smell of: Fresh air
Sound of: 500 Days of Summer Soundtrack
Taste of: Chex cereal

Good Things about Today:
- Found some good things thrifting!
- Finished up another block.
- It was sunny and 40! :)
